  1. Our Policy on the Protection of Personal Information
    Personal information such as name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address is obtained and used in order to efficiently perform our operation.   2. The Purpose of Use
    Personal information is obtained and used in order to provide our fee based recruiting services. Personal information is used only for that purpose.
    We may sometimes assign part of Our Services with outside contractors in order to perform an efficient operation, and we may provide personal information with those contractors.
    In those cases, we shall make an agreement with our contractors as to the management of personal information, and we will oversee that they properly follow the agreed upon guidelines.

  3. Disclosure and Release of Personal Information to Third Parties
    We do not disclose or release personal information to third parties unless it is necessary to provide information to our contractors (See 2. The purposes of use) and unless it applies to any of the following cases:

    ④Disclosure/ release of personal information is required to protect oneÅfs life, body, property, and we find it difficult to obtain your consent.
    ⑤It is necessary for us to cooperate with the Government, Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare, and other governmental agencies so that they are able to perform their public duties while obtaining your consent may interfere with their duties.

  4. Release of personal information
    When you request that your information in our possession be released, we first check your identification and respond to your request within a reasonable period of time.

  5. Revision and Deletion
    When you request that your personal information in our possession be revised, added or deleted, we first check your identification and confirm that personal information in our possession doesn¤ft reflect the current state, and then we proceed to revise, add, and delete such information within a reasonable period of time.

  6. Termination and Removal
    When you request that the use of your personal information in our possession be terminated or that the information be removed, we first check your identification and then proceed to terminate the use of information or proceed to remove the information.
    We appreciate your understanding that we may no longer be able to provide the requested service once we terminate the use of a part or all of the personal information or remove a part or all of the personal information.
    (Please note that we may not be able to remove the information or terminate the use of information when the information is retained by us in order to be in compliance with a related ordinance.)
